stress out of home ownership. To do this we have
waived the deposit on a range of house & land
packages, and have a design to suit all budgets
The process involves three simple steps.

The first part of the process involves completing what we call a short financial snapshot. This will determine your eligibility for the campaign and your capacity to borrow. This is independently completed and the amount is set at a level where you will feel comfortable making the repayments.
Equiped with the knowledge of what you can afford, you will meet with your builder to discuss a package that suits your individual needs and budget. We will then guide you through the process, from meeting with your builder, finding your land, siting the contracts, all the way through to settlement.
Each loan is on standard interest rates and the house & land package is sold to you at the banks valuation for mortgage purposes and not a cent more! No deposit is required in your house and land package and we even assist you with other costs as well.
To qualify a home without a deposit, you must meet the following requirements:
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Have never owned a residential property anywhere in Australia
Have not previously received a First Home Buyers Grant from any state
Be 18 years of age or older
Occupies the home as their principal place of residence for a continuous period of at least 6 months, which must take place within 12 months of receiving the FHOG.
In addition to the above government assistance, first homebuyers are also eligible for concessions on stamp duty for the purchase of your house and land package. As a first homebuyer, you will be exempt* from paying stamp duty saving thousands.

* based on a land purchase price of up to $350,000.00 for NSW land
